Transition Kits for silo
Includes emergency slide gate for 10” butterfly valve with actuator, or air cylinder, electric, solenoid, bolt, flange, collars and boots. These kits transfer from a square opening to a round valve for better control of materials. Please consult factory for different type of configurations.

Slide plate
The slide plate used at the bottom of the silo transitional assembly, it serves as an emergency shut off plate to keep your silo material from flowing out if your butterfly stops working properly.

Collar and flange
The collar and flange is used on the bottom of the silo and batcher, it serves a purpose of sandwiching the valve and connecting the discharge boot. All Sizes available

Flange
The Flat flange is used on the silo and batcher; it serves a purpose of a connection flange for the butterfly valve. All sizes available

Collar on square plate
The collar on square plate is used on top of the batcher; it serves a purpose of connecting the discharge boot from the silo to the batcher. All sizes available

Ring
The ring can be welded up to any flange or square plate and help connect boot material from 2 locations. less
